By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions and will be held accountable if any terms are violated. Exceptions may be agreed upon during private communication and discussion (DM’s @quinieo_o or email [email protected]).
TERMS OF SERVICE
- For commission with 50% DP, i make the sketch first then you need to do your full payment for the render.
- Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.
- I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.
- Photo references will be required.
- Fine under deadline
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- I Reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission order at any time and for any reason.
- I will retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media (with a watermark).
- I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I will not sell your commission to someone else unless you, as the customer, violated any of the terms.
- You may upload the artwork you commissioned on social media.
- You may NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, etc.).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (for personal use only).
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
- You may NOT remove my signature from the artwork.
- You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- You will NOT be allowed a refund if I have already started the commission.
- You will receive a refund if I, for any reason, am not able to start the commission.
- If you cancel your commission before I get started on it, you will receive a full refund.
- If you will receive a refund, please do not request a chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a PayPal chargeback when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will no longer be allowed to commission me again.
